Terms of Service for Let's Prompts

Let's Prompts is a direct digital storefront providing curated, tested, and high-quality AI prompts for models such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Gemini, and others. All prompts available on this website are directly created, maintained, and owned by Let's Prompts.

All payment transactions on Let's Prompts are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record (MoR).

By completing a purchase, you agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms, conditions of sale, and applicable local taxes/VAT calculated at checkout.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased prompt(s) on-screen and/or via email delivery through Lemon Squeezy.

When you purchase a prompt from Let's Prompts, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the prompt subject to the following terms:

Permitted Uses: You may use the prompt to generate output (text, code, images, audio, etc.) for personal, educational, or commercial projects.

Prohibited Uses:

• You may not directly resell, redistribute, sub-license, share, or publish the raw prompt text/instructions to any third party or public repository.
• You may not incorporate the prompt text into another prompt marketplace, database, or digital product intended for resale.
• You may not use our prompts for illegal, harmful, harassing, or unethical activities.

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are generally final. However, customer satisfaction is our priority:

• Eligibility: Refunds will be granted solely if a prompt is fundamentally broken or does not function as described in the product listing/preview.
• Time Limit: To request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase with proof/screenshots demonstrating that the prompt fails to work as advertised.
• Decision: Refunds are approved at our sole discretion. Approved refunds will be processed via Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

All prompts, text, images, logos, and content available on Let's Prompts are the exclusive intellectual property of Let's Prompts unless otherwise noted. Purchasing a prompt grants you a license to use it, but does not transfer ownership or copyright of the prompt itself to you.

• All prompts are provided "As Is" and have been tested to work effectively at the time of publication.
• Due to continuous updates, algorithm changes, and model iterations by third-party AI platforms (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Midjourney, Google, etc.), outputs generated by AI models can vary over time.
• Let's Prompts does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific business outcomes, or exact error-free performance across future updates of external AI tools.

In no event shall Let's Prompts or its owners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our prompts or website, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

Automated access, web crawling, scraping, or extracting content and prompt samples from Let's Prompts using bots or automated scripts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate access termination or legal action.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
